Mediterra Digital offers online advertising services, including but not limited to campaign creation, management, optimization, and analysis on various digital platforms.
3. Client Obligations
Clients engaging Mediterra Digital are responsible for providing accurate information, adhering to applicable advertising regulations, and ensuring legality and compliance of content, offers, or promotions submitted for advertising.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Mediterra Digital complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures the protection and confidentiality of client data. By using our services, clients consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment and Billing
Clients agree to payment for services rendered as per the agreed-upon terms. The Agency reserves the right to revise pricing or billing practices with prior notice. Payments shall be made in the currency and method specified in the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Any content, designs, or materials provided by the Agency are owned by Mediterra Digital or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Clients may not use these materials without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mediterra Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. The liability of Mediterra Digital is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice. Termination shall not relieve either party of any obligations incurred before the termination date.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation in accordance with EU laws. In the event of litigation, it shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the EU.
10. Modifications to Terms
Mediterra Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
